Privacy Policy
This policy describes the Livwithwealth marketing website and the forms on it. It is a placeholder and has not been reviewed by counsel.
Placeholder policy. Have an attorney review and replace this page before you rely on it. It is written so the site is not silent about the forms.
Who we are
Livwithwealth is a life insurance and wealth planning practice run by Jessica Brach and Kaylene Dillard. This policy covers livwithwealth.com only. The partner portal at portal.livwithwealth.com is a separate application with its own practices. SubHub is a separate product and is not operated by this website.
Information you give us
If you submit the consultation, referral, guide, or contact form, we receive the fields you fill in, such as your name, email, phone, and message, plus whether you agreed to email or text follow-up. We also store the time of the submission and which form you used.
Our forms are for adults. Please do not send sensitive information about a child beyond what we need to prepare for a conversation, such as a first name or an age if you choose to include it. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
How submissions are delivered
Form submissions are sent to a delivery step on our server. Until an email inbox or a spreadsheet is connected, that step records the submission in the site's server log so it can be answered. When a destination is connected, submissions may also be emailed to us or appended to a Google Sheet or similar tool we control.
Do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, or policy numbers in a form. A consultation is the place for those, and only when they are actually needed.
Email and text messages
Email follow-up is required on each form because it is how we reply. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Messages that are part of answering your request, such as scheduling a call you asked for, may still be sent.
Text messages are optional. We send them only if you check the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to request a consultation, the guide, or any product.
The exact consent language is the language next to the checkboxes on the forms. An attorney should review it before this site is treated as live.
How we use information
We use form information to respond, to schedule consultations, to send the guide you requested, to follow up on a referral, and to keep a record of what we promised to do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train public advertising profiles.
Who else may see it
People who operate Livwithwealth, currently Jessica Brach and Kaylene Dillard, can see submissions. A vendor that hosts the site (Vercel), sends email, or holds a spreadsheet will process data only so those tasks can happen. If you were referred, we may tell the family the name of the person who referred them.
We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from harm.
How long we keep it
We keep submission records long enough to respond and to meet insurance and business record needs. The retention period should be set with counsel and written here. Until then, treat retention as undecided rather than as a promise that data is deleted on a schedule.
Your choices
You may ask us what we have from your forms, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a marketing contact. Some records related to an insurance application cannot be deleted on request. Email the address on the contact page. The address published today is a placeholder, so also use the contact form.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you are looking at the new page, not that you have agreed to a new insurance contract.
