Terms of use
These terms cover use of the Livwithwealth marketing website. They are a placeholder and have not been reviewed by counsel.
Placeholder terms. Have an attorney review and replace this page before you rely on it.
A website, not a contract for coverage
livwithwealth.com publishes general information about children's wealth planning and life insurance, and it lets you request a conversation, a guide, or a referral follow-up. Nothing on the site is an application, a binder, or a contract of insurance. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy.
We do not promise returns, cash values, account balances, or premium costs. Examples and illustrations are hypothetical.
Not an offer in every state
Insurance is offered only where Jessica Brach or Kaylene Dillard is licensed and appointed, through the agency named in the footer. Those states, license numbers, and the agency name are placeholders on this site until they are confirmed. If a product is not available where you live, we will say so. We will not suggest you apply around a licensing rule.
No tax, legal, or investment advice from the page itself
Articles on this site are educational. They are not tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security or a policy. A recommendation, if one is made, happens in a personal conversation after we know more about you — and only to the extent a license allows.
Investments can lose value. They are not FDIC insured and have no bank guarantee.
The partner program and the portal
The SubHub partner page describes a possible revenue-share for referrals. The economics on that page are placeholders and are not an offer. The partner portal is a separate website at portal.livwithwealth.com. These terms do not govern the portal or SubHub.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or submit someone else's contact details without a real introduction they would recognize. Referrals should be people who expect to hear from us.
No warranty
The site is provided as available. We work to keep it accurate and will correct mistakes we learn about. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted. Placeholder copy is labeled and should not be treated as a finished fact.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Livwithwealth is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading this website. Insurance and investment decisions belong in a personal review of the actual contract or account documents. Counsel should replace this limitation with language that matches the states where we work.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date below is the placeholder publish date.
